Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule you appointment online within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Once you select and day/ time the consultation fee is non-refundable. If we arrive at the time of the consultation and no one is available, a new consultation request and payment is required in order to re-schedule. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, your consultation fee is not refunded and you will need to contact our office to reschedule if the cancellation was submitted within the reschedule policy. NOLA Wood Windows will provide an estimate with recommendations and cost of services within 7 to 10 business days unless we communicate additional time is needed due to the scale of the project at the time of the consultation.
